Woman With Cat Profile Pic In Online Town Forum Intentionally Stirs The Pot By Repeatedly Making Posts Snippy

Around 9:30 p.m. Barbara Winters, a member of the town social media forum, posted the message “i tried the new restaurant in town…” sparking a town-wide discussion in the comments on how she thought the “grilled chicken was a little cold”.

Barbara waited until someone commented “and…?” to elaborate and make the statement in front of 10,000 members including the restaurant owner who also lives in town. She then randomly posted a picture of one of her cats in the thread saying “even Mr. Whiskers wouldn’t have eaten that chicken.”

Barbara started going off in the comments after someone asked “did Mr. Whiskers dine with you at the restaurant?” responding with retorts like “how dare u bring my cat into this, how could he eat at a restaurant?” and “the chicken was COLD end of story.” Barbara then edited one of her comments to say “Mr. Whiskers did dine with me and tried the chicken and he spit it out RIGHT into the trash can” which just added unnecessary confusion to the thread.

Barbara’s post ended with someone politely adding “this forum isn’t meant for individual food reviews” and with Barbara commenting back “i have the right to post town news here” and then saying “i don’t have time to be attacked right now, me and Mr. WHISKERS are trying to watch TV.”
